1. Purpose & Scope This document outlines the policies, procedures, and expectations for all guests using the facility’s two golf simulator bays. These policies ensure a safe, fair, and consistent experience in a fully unstaffed, self‑service environment.

2. Facility Overview The facility includes: • Golf Bay 1 – Full‑swing golf simulator & multi sport package • Golf Bay 2 – Full‑swing golf simulator & multi sport package. All bays operate on a self‑service basis and are accessible only through digital entry codes issued after booking.

3. Booking Policies

3.1 Online Reservations Only • All reservations must be made online through the facility’s booking platform. • Walk‑ins, phone reservations, and in‑person scheduling are not available.

3.2 Payment at Time of Booking • All sessions must be paid in full at the time of booking. • Unpaid or partially paid reservations are not held or confirmed.

3.3 Reservation Length • Bays may be reserved for 1 to 8 hours per session. • Longer sessions require booking consecutive time blocks.

3.4 Confirmation & Access After booking, guests receive a digital confirmation containing: • Facility access code • Bay assignment • Start and end times • Check‑in and check‑out instructions Access codes activate 10 minutes before the scheduled start time.

4. Check‑In & Check‑Out Procedures

4.1 Check‑In Window (10 Minutes) • Guests may enter the facility up to 10 minutes before their scheduled start time. • Early access to the bay is not guaranteed if the previous session is still active. • Late arrivals do not extend the reservation end time.

4.2 Check‑Out Window (10 Minutes) • Play must stop at the scheduled end time. • A 10‑minute check‑out window is provided for cleanup and exiting the bay. • This window is not additional playtime.

4.3 Overtime • Exceeding the check‑out window may result in automatic overtime charges. • Repeated violations may result in suspension of booking privileges.

• No on‑site staff are present.
• Guests are responsible for their own setup, cleanup, and equipment use.
